The assessment runs in your browser. Answers are stored in session storage for this tab so you can go back, refresh, and open the results. They are removed when the browser session ends. They are not written to an EcopsHub database.
The PDF is created in your browser after you submit the contact form. That download does not upload the questionnaire. Contact details are required before the PDF is generated.
The form sends your name, business email, company, role if you provide it, phone if you provide it, consent choices, and a one-line summary of the applicability status and score band. It does not send the full set of answers. Marketing consent is separate from consent to deliver the report. The PDF is created only after that form is accepted. If the request is rejected, the PDF is not created, and the page will not claim that EcopsHub received it.
